From the FAQ, I found this.

You can jump relative to your current location by entering the number and pressing QuickSkip or Instant Replay:


2 QuickSkip - Jump ahead 2 minutes (heh, heh, heh)

1 Instant Replay - Jump backward 1 minute


This isn't working for me. Is there anything I'm suppose to do?

It only works when you're watching a recorded show (or a show while it's being recorded), not live TV. And you have to have version 3.0 of the software, so if it's a new unit wait for the automatic upgrade to happen.
