I have decided that maybe a HTPC is for me. I will be watching 90% DVDs and 10% Star Wars Laserdiscs on an LT150.

Is the Radeon All-In-Wonder any good? Is my understanding correct that it is the audio card, video card and video capture card all in one setup? That sounds great, how well does it work?

Also, the package said something about AGP compliance, what does that mean (sorry for the newbie question)?

go find excels best in class listing of ht components.

I do not think that you would want to be without a high end audio card.

I could not believe the difference.

I use an Maudio audiophile 24/96 card. It has digital outputs for 5.1

If you're not watchiung TV, you don't want an All In Wonder, youcan use one of the lesser cards with video capture, and save the money (and the heat in the case!)
