As "cinema mad" says, the CRT-3D 3D glasses sync box is based on the Lumagen HDMI-HDMI extender with the addition of a PC spec 3D glasses driver output on a 3-pin Mini-DIN receptacle. The 3-pin Mini-DIN output has the 3D glasses signal, +5 VDC and ground as called out in the PC spec. We'll be adding it to our website soon.
A separate wired-to-wireless 3D glasses converter is needed to drive your wireless 3D glasses. There are of these available in the market. One type we like is the JVC PKEM1P, with the PKAG1BP companion 3D glasses. Note: The JVC is specified to use a 12 VDC power supply, but appears to work well with the 5 VDC supplied by the Lumagen CRT-3D sync box when we tested it.
Please contact Lumagen at [email protected] for more information. The CRT-3D sync box is available from your Lumagen dealer.
