RadioShack cables

I was looking for some short (3 foot) component video cable. This is a difficult legnth to find; most are 6 foot or longer. RadioShack has 3' gold A/V cables (Red,White,Yellow). There are no specs on the box or web site. Are these any different than their Component video cables except the colors on the ends? The web site states these are RG-6 - they look identical to the A/V cables. Does anyone know if there is a difference? The Component cables are also twice the price!!
