Are both the DD+ and DTS on the Rattle and Hum HD-DVD the same mix? Has anyone compared the 2 and which is better (if either) in your opinion?

I believe DTS is the legacy version of the format found on standard DVD's. Soundwise I prefer the Dolby Digital Plus version while albeit not lossless audio it is closer to it. So, to answer your question, DD+ sounds better IMHO.
