RCA 38inch 16:9 Model 38310: Is Integrated HDTV OTA tuner 2nd. generation?

Does this RCA HDTV use a 2nd. generation HDTV OTA tuner, or is it the same one used in the DTC100?

How is this set compared to others? The price is certainly right, but I hear RCA makes more lemons than other companies. True?


I saw this set at Circuit City and forced them to hook up an HDTV signal (it had a stupid antenna feed!) and the picture quality was simply stunning.
