Which IR code did you use that got you 50% success rate?
RCN cable in Chicago
Hi.
Can anyone help with setting up ReplayTV for RCN digital cable in Chicago? I have ReplayTV model 5040, and UEC Technologies DCD2200i cable box. Tried several Motorola codes, tweaking the IR settings and setting up an IR tent. At best, it switches channels correctly 50% of the time. If anyone knows the good settings for it, please post!

Anyone know of a WORKing code for the RCN quanta 2221 digital box?
Someone did mention that a setting in the OTHERS choice worked but failed to mention which one??

It was Motorola 0476, no sending enter, minimum # of digits 3. It seems that these codes are actually correct, but there is an issue with timing. Sometimes it gets all digits right, other times drops the first or the last one. I'm trying to play with various delay settings, but nothing works more than half the time so far.
