RCN Chicago TVGOS Need help

I have RCN digital lineup with a digital simulcast of the analog channels. I have the WTTW PBS analog simulcast on Ch 94. My TV and DVR which have 2 separate cable cards do not get the TVGOs download. I just signed up with RCN from Comcast who is doing the same with the digital simulcast of the analog channels and left ch 94 WTTW and it works just fine from them. What could be the problem? It has been 6 days and no guide or time set...but since I still have Comcast and their cable cards I switched them over today and let it sit for 2 hours and time set and guide data starting. Could they be striping the data out (RCN)? I called tech support and they have no clue what I was talking about...did not know about the digital simulcast the analog simulcast of PBS ch 94 or that we have TNT-HD on 545. Anyone have any luck with getting the TVGOS to work in Chicago?

The good folks at the head end here in Chicago found a interference in the PBS WTTW channel 94 that was wiping out line 17 that is used for TVGOS. They fix it and both of my equipment is up and running downloading data. They could not believe that I was the only one that complained about the problem since they said this affected the whole Chicago market.
I just receive OTA with my Sony DHG-HDD500 and I haven't been receiving all the guide data for about a couple of weeks. It just started to fill in yesterday. I wonder if the problem was at the host station? I was just about on the verge of calling someone there.
I also have that item(DHG-HDD500) and let them take that to there head end to see what the problems where when then found that issue and corrected it to day and now I am getting the the guide.
