My new home is starting to be built and the new HT as well. This home will have the rear of the HT room open to the bar area and game/rec area. So I'm trying to come up with what speakers I want to setup for the rear.


I was considering using some rear ceiling speakers that have a 18 degree tilt to the front of the room.


Anyone else have any suggestiongs?

A couple of folks on this forum have mounted these Axiom surround speakers from the ceiling and had good results:

Both look like great options. With those brackets I wonder if I could just use my speakers up high and angle them down.


I was looking at something like these as an option, but I like this idea better.
