I just bought a house that has some built in Niles MP5 speakers in the wall, for the fronts only. No center. No Rear. So now I have the task of matching it up to a center and rear that will work with this setup. Do you guys have any recommendations?

The Niles MP5 specs are:

# Impedance: 8 Ohms

# Recommended Amplifier Power: 5W To 60W

# Frequency Response: 75Hz - 20kHz +/-3dB

# Sensitivity: 87dB For 2.83V Pink Noise

I know a guy that is trying to get rid of a set of Klipsch Synergy S-1 Rear speakers for $200. Would that match up well? Here are the specs:

frequency response:95Hz - 23kHz +/-3dB

power handling: 50 w (200 w peak)

sensitivity:88.5dB @ 2.83 volts/1 meter

nominal impedance:8 ohms

crossover frequency:2800Hz

tweeter:Two 0.75 (1.9cm) aluminum dome tweeters

high frequency horn:2 x 4 (10.2cm) 90 x 60 Tractrix Horns

woofer: 4 (10.2cm) woofer

I'll have to admit, I don't know much about surround sound speakers or anything. I'm just starting to look into it because this house came with these built in, along with some other ones built in to another part of the house. I would love to be able to take advantage of them. Thanks
