I spoke with Denon support about this very issue (I have a set of 150s in the front and four 200s all around). I referenced that I was interested in Denon since I have had very good experiences with their receivers. He suggested that a 3803 would do just fine. I ended up with a 5803 because I got a really good deal on one.
While I am happy with the 5803, if I had more money available I probably would have gone with separates (e.g., Adcom, B&K) in the 200w to 300w per channel range. Mikes suggestion of the B&K 507 is also good. If the budget is tight the Denon 3803 should be satisfactory according to M&K.
