I'm currently looking into buying a Denon 2803 to replace my older receiver. I noticed from the following picture that there is a serial control plug. It looks like a mini-jack connector (maybe rca):

Question is: what are the possibilites of using this for? I've read on the HTPC forum that some are having their PC automate some of the receiver functions using the serial port. When I read those threads..way back when... I imagined it being similar to a a serial port on a PC. So what devices can talk to my receiver? What does plug on the sender side look like?

By the way, anyone know what that "Trigger Out" port is for?
