Hi all,


I was pretty sure I had my new system all selected, but now I've decided to change everything once again. Anywho, here are the speakers I am considering:


Triad OnWall Mini LCR3.0

Triad Bronze/4 Surrounds


Due to the pre-wire and construction, I will *not* be able to upgrade to 7.1 surround. All the receivers I have been looking at are 7.1 - this doesn't seem ideal as two channels will be unused. A CI will be doing all the work, so I can't do anything used, since I don't want to be one of "those" customers

Anyway, does anyone happen to have any suggestions for a receiver, or maybe separates? I don't have a budget in mind, but I don't want anything overkill. Thanks.

Most of the 7 channel receivers will let you power another set of speakers in a 2nd zone. Like a set of deck or patio speakers or another room in the house, might be something to consider.

I have since rethought my receiver ideas. Now I am considering one of the Arcam AVR's, maybe the 300 since I don't need HDMI. Is this overkill for these speakers?
