Receivers and Video Quality

I am looking at a Sony receiver to handle video switching (via component jacks) from a Time Warner HD cable box and XBOX to a new Panny ED Plasma. The specs for the Sony say "80mhz" for bandwidth. Will I see a loss in video quality using the Sony receiver to switch between the cable box and XBOX to the Plasma screen?

IMO, 80MHz should be fine for 480p (the highest you set can display). If you set your cable box, to output anything higher, you may see video signal degradation. Depends, in part, on how Sony has chosen to define "bandwidth".
