Hi, I'm by no means an audiophile so I need some help. I inherited a pair of Energy e:XL28P's fronts from a buddy and they sound great. However, the e:xl line has been discountinued and I am looking for a center speaker to pair with these. Can anyone recommend one that would be good?


All I know is that most people recommened that the Fronts & Center speakers to be "matched", i'm just wondering what speaker would be good? Maybe the C-C100 or the C-C50 from Energy? What do you guys think?

I do not know these speakers but I can make two suggestions. One would be to find another e:XL28P which would, of course, be a perfect match. The other would be to ask Energy since they would best know the voicing of their various models, past and present.
