Hi everyone,

I'm on the verge of buying a new 16:9 Sony RPTV (the KP-46WT500), a 'tabletop' model, but one thing that's holding me back is the inability to find a good stand that meets my needs. I'm hoping someone here can help out with some suggestions. First, the dimensions of this TV:

- 40 1/4" high

- 42 7/8" wide

- 24" deep

- Estimated weight: around 145 lb.

I am looking for a stand that can not only support the dimensions and weight of this TV at an adequate (not too high) viewing height, but also allows me to place 5 or 6 AV components, consisting of AV receiver, VCR, DVD player, cable converter, CD player, etc. on shelves underneath the TV. I'm not picky about the layout of the components - they can be stacked 1, 2, or 3 high and/or next to each other.

Finally, I'm hoping to buy a stand like this for relatively cheap - I'm not too concerned with the color or style, as long as it's functional.

So, any suggestions or experiences with stands that may fit the bill? Thanks very much in advance.
