Recommendations for a SS/Tube Hybrid HT Receiver?

Any suggestions on what companies produce high quality 5.1 HT receivers offering a hybrid SS/Tube amplifier design? It would be a much simpler (and less expensive) option to go this route rather than mess with a pre/separates set up.

Is their anybody out their besides Mc (at a workingmans price) that delivers a one box tube solution?
