It sounds like the pre-N/draft-N stuff is pretty flaky.
Is anybody successfully doing this? If so, which router/NIC should I get? I'm in an apartment, and my antenna on the second floor gets my PBS affiliate, so I wanted to use BeyondTV Link to view my HD content on the main floor HTPC.
