Okay, anyone seen this yet! My Sony UTV is showing that the episode of CSI is still recording!!! When you go to view it, there is just some news stuff. NO CSI!


Any ideas. Also, none of the other scheduled shows since have been recorded.

Try unplugging the unit for 15 minutes to reset it.

I've heard of a couple of cases of this. It only appears to have started within the last day or so. UTV starts recording a program (TV show or movie) and doesn't stop recording for some reason. It's not that the program guide is wrong, UTV just doesn't stop recording when it is supposed to. Very strange. And dangerous since if you don't catch it in time, UTV will start deleting your oldest recordings to make room.
