Refill optical coolant that spilled

Hi:

I have a second 1292Q which the previous owner accidently loosened the wrong screws and spilled some optical coolant. Is there a fill hole on the CRT to remove coolant and/or to refill coolant? This occurred on the Blue tube and I am in the process of disassembling the Blue tube.
