Refurb LC-30HV2U are now being sold for under 2500 at

certain websites.


Refurb LCD's are just not a good investment, right?


I'm guessing alot of bad pixels, etc.


Anyone have any experience with refurb lcd's?

Check around with multiple search engines for new LC-30HV2U prices. They are not the far from what you will see for refurished.


I wouldn't rule out the purchase though of a refurb unit. Check the vendor's rep, return policy, etc., just like always.

Yeah, it took about 5 seconds to find the Sharp for $2800 at a 5-star dealer. No names, please, due to forum policies.


I would doubt, however, that the refurbs have any more pixel damage than the new ones. They are usually sent back for no reason or for almost no reason.
