I am about to buy a 360 for my apartments living room for the upcoming school year. I will have my PC in my room and therefore using the 360 as a media extender to play music and ripped dvds.
I found a link that shows a way to use the standard 360 remote with a PC. The problem is I can't seem to find the IR reciever as a stand-alone unit anywhere.
I found this unit on the dell site but am unsure whether or not it will work with the Xbox 360.
Can anyone give me a definite answer on whether the unit i found will work w/ both the 360 and the PC or can give me a link for a standalone IR reciever?
