Don't think so, you can get it on regular DVD in the UK, where an HD DVD will probably pop up for it as well sometime down the road...

Yes it was released here. It was not a wide release obviously, but it was playing at a local Landmark theater. I was meaning to go see this film but I did not, I will have to rent it.

Yes, it played theatrically in limited release with an English dub. It hasn't been released on home video in this country yet, though.
