I've been having some issues with my Denon 3300, so need to replace it.

I am looking for something under $600 with the same audio quality and power as my 3300. Looking for something with the new blueray formats (DTS-Master). I don't need 7.1, just 5.1. Would like 100w/channel.


Can someone recommend a few receivers for me to look at?

so far i have the Onkyo 706. anything else?

Check out the Yamaha RX-V663 and the Denon AVR-1909 or 2309 (some can be had right at your $600 budget).

Look at the Denon 1909/789 models...you don't really need 100W/channel unless you have a very large HT.
