I have decided it's time to get a PVR and am pretty sure it's going to be ReplayTV.

I currently have a 3 channel ( + cable in ) modulator in the garage, with one unused channel. The 2 used channels are both satellite feeds. I would like to distribute the ReplayTV via the modulator. Should I simply split the existing cable feed plus split one of the existing satellite feeds to get my inputs for the PVR, then send the output thru the one unused channel on the modulator?? ( hopefully their is an unused channel that will give decent quality, I've had to adjust the modulated channels occasionally due to the cable company, currently using 122 and 125 for the satellite feeds )

Or is there a better way to do this??

If I do split the signals, any suggestions as to best products to use for the splits?

Thanks,

Rick Johnston
