Am I the only person that is experiencing problems with the Replay DNS server at 66.92.130.50?
Sometime last week, I started having problems with IVS. I rebooted the Replay and it hung at the splash screen. For me, a sign that there is problem with the DNS settings (IVS Magic and DV Archive work flawlessly and all IVS tests pass). I've been using the above address and 67.41.76.188 for about a year now. (Don't remember who suggested them) Using Comcast DNS servers has never been reliable for IVS.
Now when I place 66.92.130.50 in the DNS1 spot, the replay cannot confirm the network and hangs. Nor can I ping it from a PC.
Using 67.41.76.188 as DNS1 and a Comcast DNS server as DNS2 works, the Replay can confirm the network and IVS is happy.
So I don't have an immediate problem, but was curious that I could find no current threads about problems with this particular server and concerned that if the second one 'goes away' I'll have a bigger problem with IVS stability.
Any thoughts?
