Is it possible that Replay can sell their superior product in local stores ?


If they can this would make a huge difference on X-Mas sales for them and it would kick Panasonic in the butt at the same time. http://www.avsforum.com/ubb/smile.gif


If this were to happen I would bet that all of this migraine type of headache would disappear along with the DoorStopper as well..


I think we all learned the hard way, I wish I had bought the ORIGINAL one and not the variant, A mistake that I will never make twice.


Just my thoughts on this whole thing.

I doubt retailers would want to carry it. Same price as Panasonic, but no brand loyalty. People are buying the ShowStopper because it says Panasonic. People like to see it, even if it doesn't mean anything. It's like the Philips and Sony WebTV from around 1997. Both were identical in every single way. But the Sony outsold the Philips 3 to 1 in stores that carried both. People like to think that brand name matters like that.
