As far as I understand (and can remember) you still have to use the Linux boot disk to use the RTVPatch program.....even in ME.

Anyone know of any reasons this would not be correct?

I tried running it and it does run, but I have no replay yet, so I can't test....

It will sorta run in XP but it won't do a lotta good in ME when ME can't see Replay drives. Sans Win2000 the Linux version is a better bet.

In ME the RTVPatch program opens but does not recognise the replay drive. Win 2000 or Win XP only. Otherwise you have to use Linux boot disk. I have Win ME won't work.

The rtvpatch program knows how to do raw I/O to hard drives under NT derivatives (NT 4.0, Windows-2000, Windows-XP). That method does not work under Windows-95 derivatives. I can say for certainty that it wouldn't work under 95 or 98. I'd be surprised if it ran under Me.
