Here is my problem:


When I change channels, the screen goes black. It appears to be switiching inputs or something. If i change from say 27 to 30 on the channel, the blaster correctly changes it to 30. The screen goes black. If i hit "input", i can switch it to get the signal. But the channel info is not available when hitting "display." Does anyone know what is happening?


I have the line coming in through the RF only (although I did switch it to RCA Line 1) yesterday to try to fix it. No luck either way. My replay is no useless until i can fix it (all recorded shows find no signal).


Please help!! It does not appear to be a blaster problem. Also -- all recorded shows play correctly and Pause (etc) functionality works correctly once I am able to get the signal for live TV.

I'd recommend calling Tech Support to have them walk you through the installation. It's a toll-free number, and the wait is fairly short for a rep to help you.


While you're on hold, I'd go through the setup again and make sure that you've selected the RF input with the proper program provider, and nothing selected for the line inputs.
