replay tv message "unexpected result code c3004d0c"


I get replay tv message "unexpected result code c3004d0c" when I try connecting.  We were disconnected because we had to have a new cable line ran.  It's the same service I've had.  Time warner cable, and phone.  I dial up for a connection.  I've been trying to connect for 2 weeks.  I've changed speeds, phone numbers, zip codes, cleared my channel guide, master reset, moved it to another room. It just won't connect.  Then, I started getting this strange code.  Did I do something to it??  Any help would be appreciated.  I love my replay.  I've had it forever, and I've never done anything to upgrade it.
