I just wanted to let everyone know that I was able to purchase a ReplayTV 3060 for $661.95 at 800.com. This price included free shipping and no tax.
I used a combination of 800.com's SurePrice guarantee and Dash.com.
1) Called 800.com to ask about the SurePrice guarantee. Asked if they would match ecost.com -- talked them through the process of verifying the $699.95 price.
2) While on the phone ordered the 3060 ReplayTV through the web. I used the Dash.com bar for an additional 5% back. (You can use ebates.com if you want instead.)
3) Gave 800.com rep the order number. He adjusted the price from $799.95 down to $699.95.
