I have used HAI Snaplink with success for several years. I use the software to monitor develoments in a vacation home about 3 hours+ from Washington. I have bveen very happy with the product and have had few problmes.


All of a sudden, signing into Snaplink as I had in the past -- se password, I receive a notification when entering my password and the text reads: "Could not resolve name to IP address." This otice will not take my password or anything else that might explain the serious issues that we are facging. . It blocked most uses of the software on the screen.


I have not changed anything in the confirguation of Snaplink on either of two computers at my home and office that use this software.. . How do I do go about correcting this error in Snaplink? Where can the required information be entered in Snaplink or in the software for the HAIL home system.

Could it be that your service provider changed your IP address of the remote location?
