Purchased my refurbished LT150 a week and a half ago from AV Science but from day one I've had what seems to be a dead pixel or bad mirror spot on the screen. Thought I could live with it but it's almost dead center and keeps distracting me from my movie enjoyment. The spousal unit even mentioned it the other night so I know it's not just me and my Home Theater anal retentiveness for picture quality!
My question is, will NEC exchange this for another one or do they have a minimum dead pixel count before repair? Don't have the Instacare package but it comes with a 2 year warranty.
