Returning Panasonic ShowStopper to Mercata -- Excellent experience

After finally getting frustrated with my Panasonic Showstopper's Macrovision Bug I decided to return it. It has been exactly 60 days since I purchased it.


I first called my credit card company to officially register that I was returning my unit -- so I could get under the 60 day wire.


I then called Mercata, and explained the situation. Amazingly, they agreed to return my unit right away! Kudos to Mercata for returning a unit that's 60 days old!
