What are the folks around here using for rope lighting in their soffits???


Also under the lip of steps???


Anyone got pictures of their lights??

I went to the local "Osco" store and picked mine up there.

Nova brand ,18' (which can be plugged in together with another rope) , assorted colors were available. Paid $9.00/ea


There are mounting clips in the package as well.

I got a 50' roll of exterior rope lighting from Home Depot for about $40. That was enough to go all the way around in one piece for my application. It also dims nicely using a Lutron Grafik Eye.


Here's a picture of the inset ceiling before the crown moulding was added. The inset is 3.5" deep.
