Rotate or Flip screen 180 degrees , any streaming device (besides full fat PC) capable?

I have a need to flip the screen (180 degrees) for some viewing on a Sony XBR-55A8H tv. I can not find any settings allowance to flip the screen so I am looking for a streaming device to use as an input that allows rotating/flipping the screen.

To my surprise I have not found any (Apple TV/Roku/FireTV/Nvidia Shield) that seem to have this option. Let me know if I have missed something.

I'm just curious as to why you would need to flip the image upside down. Will you be hanging upside down?? :)

If you want, you can access the service menu on your TV and you can most likely flip the picture upside down. The option would be called "Mirror" or "Scaler" or similar. Be very careful when poking around in the service menu, you can literally brick your TV.

So I ended up using the Sony in a more prime location and put a cheap TV in the location that would benefit from flipping the screen.

As you can see I am using a flip-down mount for the TV. When the screen is down in the "normal" configuration the TV is viewable as-is. However when flipped up, it would be great to have the image turned 180 deg to allow the screen to be viewed when laying in the bed normally.

Well, that's not something you see every day. :D

Might be easier to just flip the bed. ;)
Or it might end up being easier/cheaper to permanently mount the TV the way you want it above the bed, get another TV for viewing normally (it almost sounds like you did) and either get another streamer or split the signal from the current one. HDMI splitters are cheap, but so are streamers these days.
The Sony OLED went to the master bedroom.

The pictured space above is probably best described as a guest house. The flip-down mount is already installed.

Two TV's right next to each other facing different directions has a very odd feel of waste, even though cost may not be that much different. However, the use case of the TV when up is more of a bonus than a need.
How about something like this instead?

I am not sure that would help. It is just a fixed mount that spins, giving me position #2 above all the time. When the TV is dropped it is too low and an impedance to walk around the bed, and a bit of an eyesore.
