Hello everyone, I have another question what would your opinion be of the better projector with price being almost equal the new Panasonic 500u or the Runco VX-1c with the VHD controller I know the Runco retailed for almost $17000.00 but how much of that price was the name Runco, anyway I am interested in your opinions I can pick one of these up for around $2500.00 I just don't know if the older technology is worth the price over the newer panasonic.

the runco is an xga dlp the 500u is a 720p lcd. both are different machines. i have never seen both so i cannot really tell.


i would be leaning on the 500u though since it is newer and offers greater resolution and native 16:9.
