running solid copper eletrical wire from reciever to speakers

instead of standard speaker wire, would this work?

Stranded is normally used because it's much easier to work with, but if you have extra solid conductor copper cable and want to use it then go for it.

will it sound any different?






im only thinking about using them for my floor speakers, i wouldnt wanna run that across my house

but left and rights wouldnt be so bad

Probably not, expecally for a short run to your front speakers and you're comparing it with a good 16 or 14 ga cable. But if you've got it and it works for you, go for it.

no, copper has no sound.

Short answer is that for audio transmission you aren't likely to hear any difference even with very high-end equipment.
Yes, it'll work, but it's such a hideous solution to connecting your amp to your speakers.
