Any issues with this config? I'm running speaker (3), HDMI (1), Digital Coax (1) behind the wall and drilled a hole in the stud to run the wires through from top to bottom. They are about 6+" away from any electrical cable.

It looks fine to me. I would also run a cat5 or cat6 cable in case that hdmi ever fails on you. I would hate to have to tear all that drywall up again.

Make sure you run 2 cat 5e or 6...... also be prudent to put some nail plates to protect them from anyone nailing / screwing.

^^Good idea. I would probably screw through a wire when putting up the drywall
