The title says it all. I have two MCA-88X units in a master/slave configuration. I initiated a firmware update and one of the two units, the master, died during the update. Of course, it is out of warranty so I am looking at $1,500 to get a new MCA-88 unit. I just think it is really suspicious that the crash happened during a firmware update that I was told I needed to do. Maybe it is Russounds' way of generating new business. Just posting here in case anyone else experiences the same thing.
