I am attempting to build an HTPC for my Mits 65807. Components are as follows:

P3 1ghz/ 440BX

256mb PC100

Geforce2mx (latest detenator drivers)

IOMagic PVR SVideo capture card

Powerstrip & Dscaler (latest versions)

PowerDVD 3.0

VGA -> RGBHV breakout cable

I've created a custom [email protected] resolution in Powerstrip that displays fine on my Mits. The problem is that the image is off center (low, right, and too much overscan). I can adjust the timings and front/back porch through Powerstrip to get the image close, and use the Mits service menus to touch up the centering and geometry.

The problem is that I will shortly be getting an SA2000HD hidef box from Time Warner Cable (Orlando). I'll hook them both up to the single Hidef input via a KVM switchbox. If the timings of the HTPC are different from the HD cable box, then the centering and overscan will be different. Does anyone know what the timing settings (or options) are on the SA2000HD? That way, I can force powerstrip to match whatever the cable box will be, and use that as my baseline.

Thanks for any help you can give.
