SA8300 HD Resolution

I just had the 8300HD DVR installed at my parents house...The technician must have checked all of the resolutions to display...I prefer it to display in 1080/720 only. I checked the general box settings, but is there an advanced section?

Turn it off and then I believe you press info + guide on the front panel to get in to the interactive setup.

If the box has Passport software, press "Settings" on the remote, then "A" for add'l settings. If it has other software, i.e. SARA or TW's own software (don't know who you've got), I don't know. darrellhayes steps are for SARA, based on what I've read.
