There are shadows, most clearly visible ito the right of Cary's and Ingrid's faces. Also the channel logo. The same applies to subtitles, not visible in this image.


The recording is done in SageTV using a WinTV PVR-250. The quality setting is set to "Great - 2 GB / hour". All recordings from a certain channel (Swedish TV4) look like this. No other channel has this problem.


Could this be that the broadcaster performs MPEG compression before transmitting - or what could the problem be?

Try Change the

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SYSTEM\\CurrentControlSet\\Services\\Glo bespan\\Parameters\\ivac15\\Driver

look for FltDnrTempFltLevel from 8 to lower number 6, 4, 2 or even disable with 0, I use 2 that work best overall.

What seeing is like ghost artifacts but it not I don't why but my loacl TV channel on dishnetwork do this where none other channel do it or if I using Xcard by re-capturing MPEG clip.
