same speakers performing two functions?

I have a pair of Harman Kardon "Thirty" speakers that are now the rear channel speakers in my surround sound configuration. Since the room is rather large, I would also like to use the same speakers out of the B channel of my receiver. Is this possible?


My current receiver is a Sony STRDE935, my front speakers are Infinity Overture 2's, which are connected to the A speaker channel. If I can hook the HK's up as B channel/rear channel speakers, will the receiver only use the A speakers for front surrounds, or will both A and B channels be used for fronts?
