Alright, while searching Big River, I noticed that Samsung has updated the site fo rnew 2010 models. I saw the 6300 and 6500. What are the main differences? the only thing i can see is the stand.

yeah im thinking about it. i just wanted to know the key differences. both have DLNA, but the 6500 has the Apps and InternetTv correct? any other key differences?

yes. there are no other differences - at least here in europa. but i think it will be the same in the usa.


if you bought it, or just had a closer look, a short review would be very nice

Definitely. I would and will also go for the C6300.

I visited Samsung's site for these 2 TVs. The C6300 has a 4 Mil. : 1 contrast ratio while the C6500 is listed at 5 Mil: 1 Contrast. Thought i would add that as another difference between the 2.

I just recently got one of these on Black Friday for $800. It was quite the steal actually. Since it's my 1st HD Tv im' not the best reviewer. But i must say that after reading what little there is on the forums here on this specific model, and what i've noticed is that it's a pretty awesome set. The 6300 does not however have the INternet Apps, but the 6500 and up does. Which for me isn't really a big deal cuz i got a blu-ray player, dlna with the laptop(dlna is awesome btw) so i have all the "apps" i need w/o samsungs stuff, even though it is pretty decent so far. If you're gonna get one of these make sure u dont' pay more than $1100.
