Samsung CS21A550 Default deflection settings

hi.

Recently i observed that some of the left part of the picture is cut off, so i filled in a complaint and a Samsung engr visited and corrected the problem.

However, he made some (unnecessary?) changes in the deflection values in the service menu. Since then, the picture has turned horrible, and Samsung has promised they will despatch an engineer to set the default values. However, every time a new engr visits, adjusts some values, promises to return with the default values - each time screwing the picture more (Samsungs service is pathetic, but I dont wanna get into it).

So can anybody provide me with the default (or ideal) deflection values for this TV? I am tired of waiting for Samsung to come and let me watch some perfect picture on my TV.
