I have the 5687 and it is my first HDTV. So far I went into the SM (after recording original settings) and turned overscan off, adjusted the SB Gain to 160, and turned gammas (cinema, too) down to 0. After that I powered off and on (I have the build that saves overscan off setting). The mode was set to Dynamic and I set the contrast to 90 and changed nothing else but sharpness since brightness was at 45. I turned sharpness to 0 (except for PC connection where it is grayed out). Color was at 45 and tint was 50/50 as well. I tried tint at G52/R48 but set it back to 50/50.

The picture looks really good now but I'm wondering if anyone has anymore suggestions that I could try also? Thank you in advance.
