Samsung DLP bulb or ballast?
So I have been browsing online to find out if my bulb or my Ballas are bad on my tv. So i had one main question, does a bulb always completely go out or can it somewhat give some light flashes?
The Reason I ask is because if i remove the bulb cover and i try to turn on the tv i see the bulb flash two or three times along with some slight buzzing sound with every flush, this happens after pressing the power button, as if it was trying to turn on.
Could it be the ballast not having enough power or not working correctly, thus not powering the bulb?
Or could it be the bulb is starting to fail and cannot turn on completely?
