It could either be a fan or the color wheel. I'm guessing the color wheel. I had mine replaced for a constant high pitched whine a while back. The new color wheel now buzzes slightly for the first couple of minutes at startup & then quiets.
If your set still has warranty left, I would just wait & see if it gets worse. If your warranty is almost gone I would put in a service call & see what they say.
