I am new to the forum and this is my first post.
I have just bought a Samsung LE26R72B (my first HDTV) for my office. I was planning on buying a DVI->HDMI cable to connect the TV to my computer for the purpose of watching HD trailers and assumed this would work. However I just saw this in the manual..'Do not attempt to connect the HDMI/DVI connector to a PC or Laptop Graphics Card. (This will result in a blank screen being displayed)'
Does anybody have any experience with this TV and can you confirm if a DVI->HDMI cable will work. Any advice would be much appreciated, I don't want to buy an expensive cable only for the connection not to work.
